Medical secretary Kylie and FIFO driller Chris met back in 2012 at The Gate Bar and Bistro.
After eight years and two children, Chris got down on one knee in their backyard with the kids, surrounded by a picnic and fairy light set-up.
“Will you finally marry me?” read a plaque, to which Kylie happily accepted.
Kylie and Chris’ sons were heavily involved in the big day. They walked the bride —their beloved mother— down the aisle and stayed by their parents’ side during the ceremony.
The newlyweds described it as a “family unit event”.

The special event took place on November 15, 2024, at Country Charm Weddings in Baldivis.
Attire
Bride Kylie’s breathtaking gown was purchased from Tuscany Bridal in Leederville, while groom Chris’ look was entirely from YD.
Honeymoon
Considering the newlyweds have three young children and were in the process of moving house, they chose to spend their honeymoon at Crown Towers in a luxurious child-free two-night stay.
