Broc Feeney has blitzed his Supercars rivals to claim a clean sweep of pole positions at the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.
The Triple Eight star finished on top in back-to-back qualifying sessions on Saturday to complete his pole haul for the four sprint races at Albert Park.
Feeney will start the third race of the weekend next to teammate Will Brown in the front row after clocking a lap time of one minute and 46.136 seconds.
But defending champion Brown fluffed his chance in the second qualifying session and will start 18th in the later race.
Feeney will be looking to claim his second race win of the season after squandering his chance to go back-to-back the day before.
Cam Hill got the jump on the Triple Eight driver to break through for a maiden Supercars race victory and lead teammate Nick Percat for a Matt Stone Racing one-two finish.
Hill, having also claimed a career-first podium finish in Melbourne, will start the final race of the weekend next to Feeney in the front row.
Meanwhile, championship leader Cam Waters again struggled to find form and qualified 19th and fifth.
Waters was unbeatable in Sydney, converting three pole positions for three race wins in the season opener.
But the Tickford driver has been missing from the podium in Melbourne, crossing the finish line in sixth in the opening two sprints.
Erebus Motorsport driver Jack Le Brocq qualified 18th and 13th after overnight repairs to his Chevrolet Camaro.
Le Brocq had sustained heavy damage after contact from Walkinshaw Andretti United’s Ryan Wood on the inside sent him spinning into the barrier.
Wood was slapped with a pit-lane penalty for a driving infringement.
The sixth race of the Supercars season gets underway at 5.40 (AEDT) on Saturday.
