A male has been rushed to hospital after a house fire in Oshawa.
Emergency services were called to Centre and Gibb streets for reports of a house fire.
The male was located inside and taken to hospital in life-threatening condition.
An investigation remains ongoing to determine the cause, but Durham police say it does not appear suspicious at this time.
