Harford Fire Company had a quick knock on the fire, but quick advancement of the fire throughout the structure required overhaul to gain access to the home to put out hot spots.

Crews were on-scene until around 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

One firefighter was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries, but treated and released that same night, according to Chief Batzel of the Harford Volunteer Fire Department

Batzel says the home was unoccupied at the time of the fire, and a Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal is handling the investigation.
